You think I would learn my lesson by now. I visit this location almost every Sunday morning around 1am when I get off work to grab a bite on my way home. It never fails at least twice a month the system is down.

Ridiculous! I ordered Happy Meal (6 chicken mcnuggets)... look what found in the box, COOKIES & NO toy... my son was soo disappointed!!

Very disappointed. They are not well organized they have every employee working in the back with an air pod on. What if they drop an AirPod to a drink or food? They have 99 on sanitation, however I see food all over the floor. Their customer service is horrible and honestly rude to Hispanic people or any other race with an accent because they would mock them. When they have an online order it is not done and even worst they will confused the food order. They are not patients with disability. They rude and not able to work with other people. Not very inclusive.

Crew members need serious customer service training, especially the managers. I was given attitude bc the employee entered my order incorrectly. The manager had the worst attitude out of every one. I won't be returning. My order is always incorrect there!

NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I HAD TO MIX MY OWN SHAKE 😡. I can almost guarantee I will never eat at this Mackys again. Don't order the Shamrock Shake.

The customer service was next to none. I waited about 15 min for 2 happy meals. When my daughter made a mistake on her order we tried taking too a crew member and she just kept out moving like we weren't there speaking to her. My other daughter got a sandwich that wasn't even close to what she ordered and it took them more then 10 min to replace it. Just poor attention to detail, poor customer service, and not even close to being fast food.

The quality in food here has gone down tremendously. I thought I'd take another chance after some time off this morning to place an order being in the area. I order the fish sandwich combination 10:30 in the morning 1st one ordering on the lunch menu and what do I get the same old thing. I received just over lukewarm sandwich, sweet tea that was watered down and not so sweet, the fries were hot but not salted enough which takes away from the taste and they had just prepared these items. Every McDonald's site I visit is consistent except for the one's owned by this particular person. I do not even bother to go to any of the others anymore because I know what I'm going to get, underserved. It is not as if you're creating home style meals the menu is set for you what is going on, will not be back.

Where do I start? I'm always going to this McDonald's but on this particular day February 19, 2020 around 10:00 am I order an sausage mcgriddle add cheese add bacon and NO EGGS!!! I'm allergic to EGGS! Drove up to the window to pay and the cashier tried to charge me for a combo meal. I said that's too much for just a sandwich. She said to me, this what you order, so I had to stop her and I said, I know what I order but what did you ring up? She finally realized the mistake she had made after 2 conversation OMG!! Drove up to the next window and this lady expression on her face, I should have backed up and asked for a refund. How bout "EGGS" was on my sandwich I said no EGGS how bout she took my sandwich and just threw the eggs away came back to the window in just 3 second SHE GAVE ME THE SAME SANDWICH BACK!!! I smashed the sandwich up and got a REFUND. I don't understand! Why?

So, 2020/05/09. Around 11:30pm. I'm on a motorcycle. I think the staff there has a thing against us riders.I was at the outside lane order station for 10 min while the inside lane had 3 people helpedThen I just pulled up to the window hoping to score a big Mac and large fries.Nope. They just ignored me there for 5 minutes.Rudest crew ever.
