McDonald's

Typical fast food dump. Go through the drive-thru and they can get the order right half the time. Today I ordered a #2 combo and after I drove away I discovered it was missing the hashbrown. I did not have time to go back and complain.

McDonald's is McDonald's. This one is clean with good service and friendly staff. They have gotten my order correct every time so far. They do not have a play place at this location, which is a shame because it feels like they might actually keep it clean if they did have one. I had to take a star off only because I can't stand McDonald's food, though my 6 year old loves it. They also have one of those electronic menus that constantly changes. I HATE those. I wish they would just list the food and the price. The prices have gone up significantly over the years too. I used to be able to feed a family of 6 here for about $20, with the adults getting meals and the kids getting happy meals. Now adult meals are $8 and up.Yet I keep coming. McDonald's must be doing something right. Lol.

I took a friend home that lives in Fraser and this location is close to her home. OMG. The freshest tasting Big Mac I've had in a LONG time! Shameful to feel like the further out you venture from your home in Eastpointe, the fresher tasting the food is! BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE-HANDS DOWN! Thank you!

Been waiting over 30 min for 2 breakfast sandwichs and 2 hashbrowns... its not even busy. They had me pull forward and everything.

Did not sell me two egg McMuffin for 2 for $4, changes me regular price for 2. Paid Over $8.00 for the 2.

One of the most expensive McD's around. Franchise do they make their own prices. Something in the order is usually messed up.

I hate this location. I only go here for my daughter's cheese burger and fries. They can NEVER get an order right. Cold fries sandwiches that are thorn together, daughter's cheese burger had half the cheese off the burger and on the warper. What happened to Hi, hello welcome to McDonald's? Seems like ever since they remodeled it went in the tank:(

Never again... if you ask for extra BBQ sauce for happy meals, you'll get none. I've gotten burgers with NO meat... I can say, 1 time, they got the order right... this store has caused me to ban McDonald's, I don't need the headaches and my daughter doesn't need all the 'fat foods'... HATE THIS PLACE

The Chicken biscuit is spicy. They didn't advertise that

Good is fresh and the empliyees are great

Seeing some good positive changes here. They were slammed and I had to pull ahead and wait a minute for the food in the drive thru. Food was good and fresh, everything was correct. The Staff was very pleasant and polite. Really seems like someone new is at the helm.

Fast, hot and fresh, clean restaurant, and friendly service! What else do you want?
