Mess the order up...and didn't fix it

Same nasty mess different day that's all. Need to be shut down.

This McDonalds customer service was awful! We ordered and when we got to the window they didn’t add all the items. The manager said she will not add them and we’d have to back through the drive thru. We were willing to pay and she said they had no way to ring up items🤦‍♀️ Plain rude!

Pathetically slow drive through late at night. Over 20 minutes sitting in car between ordering and getting food. Then the order was wrong.

I live across the street I come here all the time, tho I know how bad the food is for my health. Service is usually ok but my god avoid the 3:30 crew working sunday dec 8. So unprofessional so unorganized got order wrong the second time I went too. the manager working was so hostile I couldn't even bother complaining a second time

I come here all the time. The food is great besides the obviously bad things it does for your overall, hem "health". And this McDonalds in particular rarely gets my order wrong so I suppose its a decent enough place to eat.

Service was worth the stop. But if some show that Mcdonald creed, all should not 2 out of 5. Employees should always come with a smile. Enjoy your work...It's McDonald's or why be there?

Never have good service. Never can get the order correct

The service was very poor when we walked in we were ignored and a old man was there too and said he was still waiting to be given at least a simple hello or I will be there in a second. the food was very poor with the food too!!!

Food was cold buns falling apart on big mac not taken measures to protect against the cornvirus

I eat at McDonald's alot and I gotta say this one is pretty good about keeping the food fresh and great customer service.

Burgers were very dry. They tasted like they had been sitting for quite some time. Fries were way over salted!

McDonalds is McDonalds nothing different about it needs to make third window to give me the first order I got right.
