McDonald's

I called to see if they have Hi-C and "Shawna" said yes, but they're closed. It says online they're open until 11:30pm. I know things are different bc of the pandemic. The reason I know the girls name is bc a man came on the line as she was speaking and said "Shawna hang up hang up". Won't be going there based on this call.

During the morning rush, I ordered two sausage burritos (with mild sauce), a hash brown, and coffee with LOTS of cream and sugar on the side. I received two burritos, one mild sauce, a cold hash brown, and coffee with ZERO cream or sugar. I even asked after he handed me the bag if there was cream and sugar in the bag. It was morning rush so I trusted the guy. I just threw my coffee in the trash. Thanks for a disappointing morning. I won't likely be back. If I do, I won't be in any rush to "get out of the way" and will be checking and correcting my order before I pull away.

Wow about 4 weeks ago I gave this McDonald's a not so great review.Believe me when I say Everything Has Changed! I'm going to change my star rating. It's a convenient location and was recently remodeled making it appealing to passersby customers... however the hours of dining room service are very limited in the evening. With no other restaurants in immediate walking distance, I found it to be a huge disappointment. I had walked to this location expecting to sit down and eat dinner and was left with no choice but to turn back and wait for the bus without eating.

I celebrated my PhD last night in this gorgeous place. I am glad to say that it was a brilliant evening and the place was unquestionably one of the reasons for that strong celebration. The crew cooperated in a sweet style, the meals were great and my buddies were very delighted. We shall surely visit again for more celebrations. Thank you very much.

Completley incompetent employees I never asked for BBQ sauce I asked for 1 ranch 1 honey mustard.. then was charged extra for a "3rd sauce"... I'm not pressed about 50 cents it's clear based on the roots of the young lady working the first window they need it to pay their employees more however LISTEN!

Food cold . Homeless people just sitting in the dining area no where to sit. Soda fountain in back so no one can steal. I want my soda the second I pay one. I feel like it's a soup kitchen

The fries here are the best out of any McDonald’s I have had in the 937 area. Chicken nuggets are cooked perfect. Absolutely happy.

If me and my family had the continuous extra gas money to go to a different McDonald's we would because the service here is ATROCIOUS! It was wishful thinking that after the remodeling they would have hired better people but I swear it has gotten worse. And the attitude? Save yourselves and go to a different McDonald's if you don't want your day dampened.

Would have been 5 stars except we went there to hang with the homeless folk, but they don't hang there now that it's been remodeled. The manager still treated us as though we were. Right down to limiting our ketchup and Buffalo sauce to half of what comes with it, then asked for a quarter for one! (When everyone knows it's 30¢ at all McDonald's for extra sauce)

Jesus would love this place...he would order the STAKE, egg, and cheese bagel
