They never understand what I'm saying mostly. and most of the time they screw up my order. And I'm not picky lol.

This Mc Donald’s this the only Mc Donald’s that chargers for water and you can only get medium size water. Lemon is .50cents. They customer services in this place is horrible. You can hear the Spanish music in the back is so loud! The people here are so unprofessional. They always give me a hard with WATER!

why are you reading the reviews, its a mcdonalds.go to a mcdonalds in brazil? guess what, its the exact same. If it had one star, what would you do? Prolly still eat here

Good food and good service but sometimes mess it up

The smoothie didn't make me I'll. That's good for Micky D. Oh and me. It's McDonald's and the only thing that separates any of them is the staff.

This is the best one because it's on the border of Shrewsbury and Worcester

Worst McDonald's Ever!! They can't speak English whatsoever. Every item I order is ALWAYS wrong in some way!! Then..when I ask for the correct items I ordered the manager argues with me. I will NEVER go back there .my suggestion is that unless you want to pay for unprofessionalism and disrespect..do not go to the Shrewsbury St. McDonald's

Recent remodel was great! I do prefer the brown color scheme of others, but the digital order screens is always great.

I was just at this location. Food was wrong and fries were cold. Tried to call as I don’t live close and no answer. Wasted money on food I won’t eat now.

I love the food, but customer service needs improvement.
