Don't recommend, worst fast food so ever.

Dont ever go to this location for an egg mcmuffin or any other breakfast sandwich. Even before 11am. They'll park your a$$ in front for 10 minutes and then hand you a cold sandwich. This is not just a "one off". It has happened 10 out of 10 times. I'm done with this location.Note that trying to back out of the parking spots they park you in, in front is a pain and dangerous.

McDonalds is ok they have the best ranch tho like better then anywhere but usually there burgers are more plan they should add more stuff on it lol

I have never been to this location and NOT had huge delays. Tonight I tried mobile app for first time thinking for once I wouldn't have any issues. So wrong, my order took at least 15-mins from time I clicked which mobile spot I was in. I had to go inside to see if my order was even received. I'm so disappointed with this location and their service. If you want fast food service, I'd recommend any other location than this one.

This McDonald's is almost always busy. Sometimes it can take 25 minutes to get through drive thru. Hamburgers aren't always cooked all the way because they're trying to rush food through. The restaurant is always clean when I have eaten inside. Employees have been helpful every time.

This McDonald's location always has exceptional freindly staff and speedy service. Some of the best sweet tea and breakfast food options are delicious and not rock hard like some other fast food places. The carmel frappes are amazing and quite addicting. Im less of a fan of the other meals as it feels like they are too high in sodium but for fast food and low prices it is not too bad of an option.

We ordered on the app. We parked in the "car hop" but it was closed, so we were advised to go through the drive through. 20 minutes later they tell us they can't find our order and we'll have to go inside to talk with a manager. Once inside, find out one of the items featured on the app is no longer available. So my hubby ordered something quick because our 4 year old is barely holding in a melt down it this point. All we were told is "I wish I could tell you that I could do something about this kinda thing, it happens all the time, and there's just nothing we can do about the app." I get that, but that's not what you say to your patrons. You should apologize for the experience, ask if there's anything you can do to help with the wait. Total wait was over an hour by the time we left.

Clean and new, quick consistent service.

Employees were talking about how they thought my pregnant girlfriend was going to try and stay there as long as she could (like some homeless person) and how they "bet" they're gonna have to tell her to leave. Now I don't expect much from a McDonald's but the arrogance of a few workers there tonight ( at 8:30pm 2/10/20) and plain disrespectful attitude towards their customers is disgusting. I would rate this a negative star if I could. Highly recommend the management talk to their staff about one of the most basic customer service aspects of not talking bad about the customer 15 feet away from them.

Stopped to get a friend a Coca-Cola. Fast friendly service. Place looked clean. Good experience.

Long lines but they got us through fast

Waited over 30 mins in drive through. Employees at drive through did not seem to care. Had guy taking out trash, he should if been helping. There were 10 cars behind us

Absolutely horrid! We waited 25 minutes after ordering and still no food. They gave my quarter pounder to someone in the drive thru. Asked us if we wanted to cancel the order, I wanted my food so I could eat with the other 4 members of our family. So they said they would make another. 20 minutes later, still no burger. Then when I got it, it was raw and still bloody. Took it back 15 minutes later, no burger. Took my receipt demanded refund. After 18 years we told them they have lost long time customers. Oh and by the way exact same thing happened a month ago. I thought I would give them a second chance. Lake Stevens McDonald's, you are officially banned.
