McDonald's

This busy McDonald's has a good crew and usually gets your food to you pretty quickly, both dining in and drive through. My biggest complaint is it seems that their ice cream machine breaks down frequently, which is not good in a touristy area by Lake Michigan beaches.

Fast service, double line and two windows one for payment and one for pickup.

Was told to park and come in the front to get salt because they were out at the drive thru window. Shut the window on me and turned so I couldn't get her attention. So I parked and went in to get manager. Was told she would talk to her and handed me salt. Not acceptable. Ive never been spoken to so rudely ever.

Even though it wasn't crowded, the dining room was filthy, service was unbelievable slow, and the few customers that were here we're all frustrated! Now I know why it wasn't crowded.

When I ordered a large mocha frappe and I get a small iced one then offered to make 2 smalls. To balance like it's McDonald's a yearly daily menus 1 item ordered and still can't do the order traiding this. For the new Hardees and what a great move

Worst service ever! I Walk in, a lady says, " use the kiosk". I should have known then what kind of service I was going to receive. She looked annoyed when I was paying with cash. I went in because the drive thru lane was so long and the elderly gentleman with me, whose food I was getting, didn't want to wait. I proceeded to talk to a lady from Bethel who "just stopped for a coffee", she had been waiting for her coffee for over 10 minutes. Needless to say my wait for a cheeseburger meal was much longer.JUST HORRIBLE

Pretty decent food just takes forever to get your order

My son ordered 3 triple cheeseburgers with just ketchup and cheese. We waited over 20 minutes to find out they gave our order to someone else. We finally went up to find a manager, they quickly made the order. No apologies no refund. I said ridiculous when I left. The manager gave me attitude

This McDonald's doesn't deserve a one star. Why does it take 4 black women to take my order? The floors had food and papers on them while the black women were shucken and jiving why can't they grab a broom and sweep up the floors? Oh I forgot, they are special people and we can't say anything because we would be racist. My mistake...
