Very good service and show true meaning of fast food

This has went from one of the best McDonald's in Birmingham to the worst. They can't even get a Happy Meal right , tonight the lady in the Drive-Thru coughed on my debit card when I handed it to her.

We've tried to use location multiple times, generally between 11pm-1am. I'm not sure if it's a staffing issue, or a leadership issue, but we aren't ever able to get someone to take our order. Multiple cars will sit in the drive-thru before driving off, because they can't/refuse to help anyone in line. Hopefully this franchise gets it's licence pulled soon, and they sell it to someone capable of running an effective organization.

Busy. Fresh. Attention to detail. Courteous

Ordered an apple pie got a strawberry. Ordered a double 1/4 pound deluxe received a single. Another lady that ordered a fish sandwich got the sandwich with no fish. Maybe it was a bad day. I was there at 2pm and they were very busy. Just seemed like they were trying to survive the service for the day. Staff was droning around like they had been on a 20hr shift and were ready to leave. Who knows maybe they have been. Anyways its McD's Its fast and simple.

Service was slow. The elderly people was moving to slow fixing the food. The drive through was backed up. There was only one cook.

So much potential this place. Just needs good management to give them value

I don't get time to eat here often but I always have to bring my friend at St. Vs really crucial and important things like gum or a pen all the way from hoover.... But I have a lot of interaction with the security guard in the mornings and from a mgt standpoint.. He is a keeper. Hard worker and essentially a friendly face for all your customers.... A very nice choice for a shinning beacon if you ask me

Kudos to the lady at the first window and the traffic man. Breakfast runs pretty smooth. It's packed!

This has to be the slowest drive through in the Universe! Food is McDonald’s. Service is usually friendly, but don’t think that because there are only a couple of cars ahead of you that you will get through quickly.

Quality of food is very bad.

Cheap consistent food. Great for a quick bite.
