It is McDonald's. It us what you'd expect. Fast service, friendly people, and McDonald's food.

Rarely go to McDonald's but the milkshakes are delicious.

Visited this store and was informed they could accept cash only, ok no problem. I order drive up to pay with a $50,(my order was just under $20!) the smallest bill I had, and the guy went off! He was yelling at the employees to not accept large bills because he didn't want to make change all night... 😕 They should get better card readers because this isn't the first time I've been there and it be cash only and I don't even go there but maybe once every couple of months.

Quick service even though the lines were long. Order received was incorrect, but they fixed it. Nice store, clean.

McD is McD. You know what you are going to get... is it awesome? no.. is it consistent? Totally! The very best double quarter pounder I ever had was at a random McD between lexington Ky and southern point of Michigan. It was super hot... the cheese was melted... man it was great.

Best McDonald's in town. Fast food is always fresh.

Enjoyed my usual, 2 cheeseburgers, fries and medium drink. Had a disorder and fries not on order. But a supervisor quickly provided fries at no cost and no questions. A small deal, but a very satisfied customer.

I love big Macs and this big Mac tasted nothing like a big Mac. It even stunk when I opened it up. The meat looked different. Ended up throwing it away.

McDonald's on Harrodsburg Road is the best in Lexington. Always friendly, always correct order. Learned from a bad experience at another McDonald's that they are franchised, not corporate owned. That explains why one combo is $7.16 at the and the same combo is $7.43 at another. 😮

Cheap and fast food, workers were very nice also.

Always forgetting parts of the order during night hours. Avoid this location if you actually expect to get what you paid for.

Waited in the drive thru for 30 mins for a coffee.

Waited 20 minutes in the pull up #2 spot. Had to go in to get my food and to top things off I pull my large fry out when I get home and it's not even half way full. Will never return.

Worst experience ever. One burger had NO BOTTOM BUN, all the cheese stuck in the box, patty broken and probably was dropped. This after 16 minutes waiting for 2 quarter pounders. Will be contacting corporate office. If half the staff called in sick and the other half were in training and one of the new guys had a stroke right there in the restaurant, you still would screw things up this bad.
