Horrible service and definitely not very sanitary!

If you go during the day its pretty good but they constantly close early at night when you drive up all the lights are on and the staff is just standing around.. it says to me that they're trying to look open in case anybody who's in charge drives by or checks the cameras but don't actually want to wait on people because they tell you they're closed when you go through the drive thru

They were a bit slow and the manager had to step up to take orders. However, food was fresh and super hot. Definitely cannot complain about that!! Lobby was clean however their drink station seemed to be a wreck.

Breakfast food was great!

They have horrible customer service! I walked in, was second in line and asked the customers in front of me had they been tended to and they said they had been standing there for at least 6 mins without even being acknowledged. I ordered a mocha frappe' with a large fry and that took 10 mins. They stated the cashier was in the restroom( I'm guessing that meant no one else could take our orders.) I will never eat there again!!!!

It's a McDonald's, so I won't comment much on the food because it's much like every other McDonald's. However the 4 star rating is because while the food is what you'd expect, the service isn't always the quickest. They have 2 lines set up but if you go into the right one you can usually watch 2 people pass by before you order. I don't understand the system they have setup but other than that it's a decent McDonald's.

Worst McDonald's around. Was here Sunday at 2. Got our food home (1 mile away). Very obvious meat had been sitting for a long time (dark and dry) and the bun was hard. Took back our sandwiches, asked for the manager and the register girl said they weren't available and then asked why we needed them. Told her we wanted a refund. Manager was working the fryer. Didn't even apologize. This is also not a corporate location. Got charged 60 cents for tomatoes and 20 cents for mustard. The McChicken was $1.40 instead of $1. Have had problems in the past too. Never going back. Drive to the one on Woodward, they are great.

Managment might want to give this a read and have their employees do the same....

I have a need 4 speed and fast food...burgers are great!

It's that time of year so I came here primarily to get a Shamrock Shake and decided I should order food too. I ordered my combo then proceeded to order a shake. Was then told the shake machine is down. That's just about all McDonald's nowadays. LAZY People can't clean the machines and these managers are so much lazier than their subordinates. I decided not to order anything. Waste of time and a drive to this location! Wish I could give a 0

At 1130 in the drive through i had trouble ordering because the menus hadnt been switched and i could only see the breakfast menu. It created a complication at the speaker. Just wish I could have seen the actual menu to make ordering more efficient.

Always have good food there

Food was fresh and good. The place was spotless.

Had a Big Mac it was they best I ever had ! Realy. Right amount of sauce ,fresh and put together perfectly!

Staff very friendly. Excellent service. Reasonable prices.
