I ordered 1 large frappe before going back to work. With 2 orders ahead of mine and the restaurant not being busy at all. I had to wait about 15 minutes. As for the photo included they still had the clear cups available. Not sure why I was given this in a fountain drink cup

I went through the drive thru and ordered a medium caramel frappe... we were waiting in the drive thru reserved spot because they had told us that our caramel frappe was being made... we waited 25 min and we still didn't get the frappe. I walked in and they all looked at me and ignored me after i said excuse me multiple times... I showed them my receipt and they mumble something to each other in a different language. I have never felt such disrespect from a staff before and they did not give me a great experience ruining my Sunday morning. Should've gone to the Gallows Road McDonalds. 11/10 do not recommend this McDonalds.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the food. Unfortunately we got our food to go and did not discover that everything was overcooked and cold until we got home. And this was the second time. 2 weeks ago we had the same experience.
