I stopped at this place to grab a 6 piece chicken nugget and a McDouble. It took 20 minutes to receive my order AFTER paying for my food in the drive thru. I saw a lot of walking back and forth, with no purpose at that. This is ridiculous. No matter how many times I go there, they just can never get it right. The night shift needs real adult or experienced managerial supervision. The manager should be ashamed of themselves to schedule the staff without a strong supervisor to run that shift.

DO NOT COME HERE! Absolutely pathetic. They are on their phones. Get mad at you when they don’t enter the order correctly. They are rude. Messed our order up twice. Avoid this McDonald’s at all costs.

The service through the week days is excellent. Then the weekend comes and the customer service tends to drop some what. It's apparent that they need NEW MANAGEMENT up in there they have issues with cleanliness and customer service all week now..

Took forever to get our food and I ordered the quarter pounder deluxe and got a regular one. Went inside to get it fixed (almost a $1 difference in cost), there was one woman in line waiting to order and she must have been standing there for a while because she left. I will say the cashier saw that there were new customers in the dinning room but continued to mill around like she was putting together an order. I only have trouble with fast food restaurants when I come to the city.

Had me pull up to the door and I waited 10 minutes. I went in (the door by drive thru is locked, had to go around) and asked where was my food. It was sitting on their counter, they had forgotten about me.
