My quarter pounder meat wasn't fully cooked the fries were good nd fresh tho but the under cooked burger made me mad!!

Service is always fast which I appreciate because I usually go for a fountain drink staff is friendly and courteous and the order is pretty much always correct

Fabulous Food as always. I'm a big fan of the McChicken Sandwich meal and when the clerk suggested a hot and spicy McChicken I gave it a try. I would have never known that there was a different style McChicken if not for the guy suggesting it. I'll now start asking for suggestions, since not all places make them. I did not get the clerks name or I would thank him here in the review. He also gets a FIVE star in my book.

I have been waiting at the mobile order curbside spot for 25 minutes and still no food! They debuted my account already.

When we first walked in the door, we were struck by a sour smell. The person taking my order wiped the sweat off his forehead with his bare hand and then proceeded to go to the kitchen to handle food and drink. Then he went to the eating area and started mopping the floor. Got our order wrong dispite me asking if the receipt reflected our order. He assured me it did. However, when the order came out, it was in fact, wrong. After bringing it to their attention, they said they could ring me up for the missing items!! I politely said no thanks and left. Food didn't taste good either, maybe like they used old oil. Will not be back!!

I’ve been there 3 Times this week. Each time I went my order was not correct when I made it home. Night crew has the worst service possible this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever visited in my life sad to say they need a whole new crew

It was early morning,but the staff was alert and courteous. The food was hot and great! I will be back

I endured modern pop, rap, hip hop music while my husband ate his stale ice cream cone. My sundae was good, and the service was good, too.

In my experience, this has been the best McDonald's in the midtown/west Little Rock area. It is far less busy than the one on University or West Markham. Compared to the other two McDonald's, the food is normally fresh and the drive through line is much shorter.

My cashier was nice, but the manager on duty was rude to customers and his employees. The price of Chicken McNuggets has gone up again. When I asked if they were still 20 for $5 (they are not) an off duty employee suggested I go to a chicken outlet in Sherwood because evidently they have reject nuggets there that taste just like McDonald's. No word on if they have hot mustard, though.

This McDonald's seems to offer the specials that are (at least) state-wide...some McDonald's do not. There is a line in the mornings, but the staff is usually cordial. If there is an accident (cup spilt or tea needs to be refilled) they usually take care of the problem as soon as they are made aware.

, Ordered our food at 1:11pm according to the time on the receipt, we received our food at 1:33pm. Nice new remodeled store but if employees don't put down their cell phones, then this nice new store will never last.

Modern cleaner look. Service fast. Breakfast food good.

Business closed and it's supposed to be open 24 hours. Interferes with my delivery bottom line for the night.
