McDonald's

Since refurbishing my McDonalds it now looks like a prison. The prices are way to high and quality of the products are low.

I was the only one in line late night after work. Ordered a Big Mac meal no onion. Got a Big Mac meal with onion.

It's very helpful the staff are very respectful and dedicated tell me the prices are amazing I love that they come in great sizes and they are very reliable

Pretty fine, sometimes can be dirty and the floors can be sticky, which is gross. Waits short tho.

Stay clear of this McDonald's. Customers have no same and would blurt out inappropriate words around kids. The Service is by far the poorest in Wilkes Barre, Pa. If you have a car go to the one by Kmart.

Go here almost everyday. Quick people are nice

Great friendly staff, quick service

Workers are very unprofessional. Giving meals with a small size when we ordered large then giving us an attitude saying at least you got food. Deal with it. Never will go to this store again. 4 different customers in a row complaining and employees telling customers meet me outside B*****

Sadly they need to work with the employees. Some don't have what it takes to provide fast food services. Other than that I love the fries and McFlurries.

Messes up my simple order every single TIME! The restaurant had a beautiful make over and the Dope heads are still hanging in and out of there. Slumped over and nodding outside the entrance or on the side of the building. Seems Management is alright with it. Never go there again!!

Can always get a quick bite when you do not know what to eat

This McDonald's in Wilkes Barre was quick with their order and did not forget any items. I have had many experiences where I have unfortunately gotten home and missed at least a quarter of my items, although they were on the receipt. I get its busy, but still ...

It's very clean nd ppl pretty nice. The place is all newly renovated nd done nice.

Its McDonalds. It doesnt deserve more than 1 star.
