It's a very good location for a McDonald's and they treat the clients very well

On this day there wasn't enough staff. I paid for .40 for tomatoes on my chicken sandwich and got the little end piece of the tomato. The cashier's shouldn't have to handle money and food, but if she hadn't stepped in to help my already long wait would have been longer. You didn't have unsweetened tea. You should offer hot tea using tea bags for .70 per cup and tea bag, both decaffeinated and regular. I didn't get my Senior discount but my sister did. She assumed my age, she just gave it to my sister.

My food was actually cooked fresh & hot. It was a nice surprise from the experiences I usually have from McDonald's

Lady said they couldn't serve me the breakfast food that I wanted, which I understand, then why was the food they "couldnt" serve me in my bag

This was my freshly made quarterpounder w cheese. So I only had cheese half my burger. Disappointing...

Usually have no issues-but waited in drive-thru for 20 mins..crazy of me-but I waited. Then got attitude from person giving me my food. Ordered chicken nuggets & was told they were out of bbq sauce & sweet & sour. Smh..your McDonalds!! Really???

Hope this place Tetonia & Good Hope never reopens. Very, very poor walk in service. Lots of obnoxious kids and order takers very slow, walk away during order taking and seem to discriminate with White people, meaning if your Black, we'll kiss your bun. Bad experiences several times. Won't ever go THERE again. If I feel the urge, 76th and Goodhope is worth the extra 2 minute drive!

I went there ordered 2 20 piece nuggets a small fry and 2 shakes ...fries were luke warm and tasted like they poured the whole salt shaker on them, the shakes were half filled when complaining the girl said that's all I can give you plus the nugget box's were missing nuggets.... the most horrible experience, and service is terrible!

The service was abysmal, they can never get orders correct and they always short change the amount of food. (Example. Buying a large soda in drive through and getting half a cup.) Don't come to this mcdonalds if you can go to another.

Went for lunch, service was prompt. But as I went to the dining area there was one guy who frequents the place asking for money. 10 minutes later a man came in and decided to pick a booth to use as a bed and went to sleep 😴.

Oh man. I was having such a bad day. The girl who took my order/payment was really nice. The guy who brought me my food was really nice. People were so friendly that it totally turned my day around. On top of that, the fries were hot and fresh. I didn't even care that I had to wait a little. Worth it.
