I swear I've been to another restaurant just like this one in another city. There was a long line, but the food came out really fast. We had to pick up our food at the counter. They don't have waiters.

Borealis is a restaurant that prides itself on using organic and local ingredients. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner and the opportunity to understand why she decided to open the restaurant.On the first occasion, I had ordered the "Old Smokey Burger." It was absolutely delicious and very juicy. The fries were freshly made and crispy.
