We went through drive-thru with a simple order (3 coffees). It took 3 minutes waiting at the window to pay (or even get acknowledged). And it took another 4 minutes for them to make the coffee! And to make it worse, I saw the lady run out of regular coffee, and she topped off with decaf!

Freshly remodeled this location now has an order kiosk to avoid the line. Staff seems friendlier than in the past. Still a McDonald's though.

They got my order wrong, when I came back to get my correct order they treated me like I was trying to scam them of something. I had receipt in hand as well as the wrong sandwich.

Questions & Answers

I've had to write up this McDonald's due to employees sleeping on the job, couldn't get meals at 5 and 6 am when it was 24hrs. Not answering phones.

After midnight the lobby is locked and you can only use the drive-thru

For the same reason it only takes ONE order, or maybe two, for this and so many other fast food franchises to fall behind, and for all sorts of alarms to sound while they go around their merry way. Or think they're working so hard. Because customers are not valuable enough to put some real effort, because training and procedures that guarantee on-time delivery of an order are to be ignored, and, in general, mediocrity is the way they "pay back" the "system" for lack of financial incentives to compliant behavior. It does not matter to them because, in their eyes, they'll be in the same rut day in and day out regardless of how well they do or don't.
