Waited 10 minutes for 2 Caramel Frappe (drive through order).

We all know Mcdonalds has great food.

I appreciate the kiosk to place orders

The customer service was good thank you KATRINA. Although the employees don’t wear name tags you can simply ask their name or speak to a manager. The parking is good for Brooklyn where most people use public transportation. The restrooms were clean and a nice comfortable size. I like the beautiful seating. There’s a kiosk you can make orders on and there’s a screen to track your order above the counter. The food was hot and tasteful.

15 people behind register, and all of them making random moves, worst place I’ve seen so far. 9 min to get a cop of coffee.

Always clean, friendly staff, quick service. Understandably empty on Thanksgiving Night, a clean, quick service visit as usual.

All time favorite place, nice clean, fas service and staff is good, polite and respectful persons.

The place was okay, though they messed up my order and I really wanted the spicy glazed chicken tenders, I got the spicy chicken sandwich and I told them that I didn't get my order so they gave me another spicy chicken sandwich so I got that for free. Also, I was asked to do a survey for a free cookie or ice cream I did the survey and the lady that asked left before she gave me the ice cream(mind you she said whenever I wanted it I could call her for it).

Well we were traveling w a mutt, so get what you deserve. Animal rooms a bit smelly but some guests just let their animals run free, we cage. Basic motel, treated us right. Gorgeous on the water..

How does one order a 20 piece nugget meal and they tell you after they give your meal to then tell me sorry ma'am we are out of sauce. I was disgusted!!!! How do you ask after you complete my order in the drive thru?????

For starters, it's cold and raining outside right now. It's cold also inside at McDonald's. You look around and everyone was inside wearing coats. Seriously coats!!! You run in from the cold expecting somewhere warm to enjoy your food. We were eating cold McDonald's food in the wet, damp and cold environment. As soon as your food came out it went cold. Even the cashiers etc... had on jackets. Like what happened to the heat. I saw that this McDonald's franchise is in some kind of legal battle with the landlord over its lease, but the owner and manager should not have the customers suffer behind this. Heat when its Cold and AC when it's hot. It's a no brainer. I will not recommend this establishment at all. You're better off driving through a drive thru and eating your food in the warmth of a running car. Sad! Smh.
