McDonald's

Service was good. Sandwhich was horrible. Buttermilk crispy chicken... Had a spot that was just fat no meat. Veggies looked old and nasty. Fries were undercooked also. Coffee was good though. Id say 1 star is pretty fair.

The crew at this location are lazy and completely incompetent. They can’t make a simple cheeseburger the correct way. And then the night manager gave us unsweetened tea when we asked for sweet tea and then we confronted about the issue asked us if we wanna sugar packets

I just waited in the drive through line for almost 8 minutes before all I heard was one moment please.. this is inner of the worst McDonalds I know. The burgers are cold and smushed and they're never very friendly. Good thing thing they are in a good spot or I'm sure a lot of people would go somewhere else.

Cannot understand considerable price hikes at this location. High traffic location? Not if people figure out a double cheeseburger costs %50 more at this spot when there are so many other options. Will not be returning. Two stars for not being terrible to eat.

When I was here the smoothies that my wife and I had were very good and quick. We did not order food. There was actually an Elvis impersonator here and my wife took a picture with him. the McDonald's app will also save you money if you use it. Overall I rate the visit a success

Over cooked fish med fries half full waited 10 mins for drinks dBm qtr pounder patties the size of reg patties all while dining in...

Store is getting better than it was about 4 to 5 years ago. Maybe under new ownership/management or ??? Food is fresh when we visit and service is usually faster than most McDonalds.

If I could give this location negative stars, I would. The wait in the drive thru is always ridiculously long...and it's not because the employees are taking their time to get your order right. I had to go through TWICE, and the order (which was only four straight-from-the menu items) was STILL wrong. Do better. 😒

Time: Friday, August 30, 9:30 pmI went through the drive through and the young lady who took my order and my money was especially polite, friendly and accurate and had a great smile. She was terrific!Normally at this location service is slow and not friendly and not a good place to go.

I always have liked this McDonald's and staff are great there.very clean and they have high chairs and accommodate the handicapped people.

Nice and clean. Very friendly staff. This place is a little more pricey than the rest of the McDonalds in Grand Rapids.

No egg !!!! on my sausage egg and cheese Mcmuffin. dry and burnt through the Drive thru of course . Don't go to this McDonalds !!!!

Worst McDonald's there is. Everytime im in the drive through im waiting for at least 30 minutes only to get garbage food
