McDonald's

Bottom line, go to Wendy's, Bk, Wawa, Toco Bell, Pizza Hut. Any number of the restaurants around! Just avoid this place! Or look up a different McDonald's! Updated: Not only do you have to hold up the line to check to see if they got your order right, but make sure you have all your correct food and most importantly! *MAKE SURE ITS COOKED!!!* When they get your order correct they are good, but seems to be the only knock on this particular Golden Arches! We rarely if ever eat in because we need to go. Then, when the order is wrong "which is often" I have to go in to get it corrected! I've lived in Hamburg for over 9yrs now. I don't know how they are still open? Paying hush money? I have no idea. There is no way I'm the only person or family that has had problems there? I called McDonald's and they don't even seem to care???

Always busy, but the wait is not terrible. Staff is always friendly and place is clean.

The self ordering kiosks are a pain. I prefer having a cashier

This was a very nice McDonald's the staff was friendly and they were extremely fast faster than any McDonald's I've been to

Service was terrible for a fast food restaurant and they give u the least amount of toppings possible.. O will not be returning

Hot chocolate debacle. Stopped in today about 4pm to allow my wife to use the bathroom and I got her a hot chocolate. The young woman was super pleasant. I put some ice in it and when she came out of the bathroom I went to pick it up and present it to her. That’s when it went bad. I didn’t put the lid back on correctly. I dropped it all over the floor. Rarely in my life have I felt so stupid. The two young women were awesome. They just wanted to get me another one and made no fuss. I was not made to feel more stupid and helpless than I already felt. Kudos to these girls!

After multiple times of giving this McDonalds a try, I've officially decided never again. Restaurant is filthy, every table dirty with workers just hanging out. Lady gave us attitude when we asked for someone to come clean a table off for us. Food laying all over the dining room floor with major ant and fly problem, no signs of traps anywhere. So disgusting to try to eat in filth, order is always wrong or barely warm.

Staff was very friendly. Order was correct. Food was hot. High praise for a fast food joint. Would stop here again.

A Big Mac combo meal was ordered w/o onions. The Big Mac wasn't even warm let alone freshly made. Not sure whether onions were not on.

First time ever,ALL the french fries were standing straight in the container, hot, and crispy !

It's ok most of the time the ice coffee taste nasty

I've never seen a McDonald's with antler Chandler's went there for breakfast and it was pretty good. 4 stars because it's fast-food and unhealthy. 8/10 4 stars.

Good food, but for whatever reason I always have an issue with this place getting my order wrong, not sure why but either they give me the wrong item or not at all. Otherwise this would of been a 5 star review.

Waited in drive through line for 5 minutes with no movement. Needless to say we left without ordering
