The staff clearly needs to be trained on how to make an ice cream cone... While hilarious, it needs to be corrected. I refuse to return for an ice cream cone after 3 tries. Come on guys

I don't eat McDonalds. About every year I may get desperate, but then I am reminded why I never go to mcdonalds all over again.

Excellent retro-styled restaurant with modern touchscreen menu/order stations. Friendly and fast runners run the food out to vehicles.

Attempted to use the McDonald’s order ahead app - received a confirmation number -paid -and a family member went to pick up the foodThey insisted on seeing the phone the order was placed on. Texted the confirmation number and the order receipt. Still not sufficient Hard to believe that no one at McDonalds was competent enough to make it work. Unbelievable the extent of dysfunctionality

stop reheating old food! they leave the cheesburgers in the warmer so long the bread gets hard and then they just reheat it and serve it customer...someone will get sick and sue. The shake machine is always broken Ive been there 6 different times and occasin in the last 6 months and the shakes are never working

You guys are right by me and I’ve always loved your workers and thought that you did well with the orders. Lately I know that things are a little scarce but you need to deal with your portion sizes. One of the problems is that don’t fill the drinks all the way up but that’s not that bad. I’m pretty sure that you guys recently sized down your fry containers, but you don’t even fill them all the way up. It’s already downsized and the fry portion I’m getting is closer to a small fry, one time the small fry even had more than mine. I’m understanding about all of this and I know that you guys need to make money, but please don’t cheat me out of mine.

Lies about the ice cream machine being down constantly because the Lazy staff doesn't want to clean it, terrible customer service. Theese employees clearly don't care about their jobs or take them seriously. I'd recommend any other McDonald's besides this one. This location needs to go broke and close its doors so theese ungrateful adult children working there learn to appreciate the ability to earn a dollar instead of acting like they're entitled to it.

I was forced to eat there, after my last experience at the franchise. I had a 6 piece ButterMilk Chicken tenders, large. I could not believe it, they were good, damn good at that. So what I'm getting at is, if your forced to eat at Mickey D's for any reason, get the ButterMilk Tenders you will be satisfied!

I live right down the street and usually do not eat McDonalds, but I went tonight because nothing else is open. All I ordered was fries with ranch and a sprite, and they literally forgot the ranch.

Nicely renovated recently, but took way too long to get our orders. For the latte they had to organize fresh milk first and they couldn't produce my shake at all because the machine was defective they said. Also the burgers had very few options for add-ons (less than most McDonald's) and no coke Zero. Quite disappointing.

Upgraded store. So its nice and clean. Same crew for awhile so good service.

Everytime I go to this Location my order is wrong .
