Drug addicts middle was on one of the tables for all to see. Plus they need to clean the place more. Angus beef was thin and starchy tasting.

They ask you to buy to go to washroom. Crackheads beg for food and money. They close early because they overrun with drug addicts. Service is decent, food is amazing. Recommend if you dont mind drug addicts harassing you

I am very happy to see that McDonald’s is thriving off the delivery food business. It is however very frustrating being a traditional walk in customer ordering a single Big Mac combo and having to wait 30min for the 20+ mobile orders that somehow take priority over an in store customer.

I love McDonalds and the food was great so I still give 5 stars but this location was depressing. No power outlets (to discourage loitering) and many homeless. So close to parliament and our fancy rulers, this is a sad reminder of the gap between us and our overlords. I saw a pretty young worker being harassed by an intoxicated man at this location today. Canada can do better than this. ❤️🇨🇦

Fast, friendly service. What we asked for, we got. We didn't have to get anything redone. It was great!

Good service in the morning when I get my coffee

The food is pretty good but the wait time is incredibly slow. They have gotten my order wrong multiple times and they sometimes have limited options.

The food is actually pretty good for a Macdonald's. The service is slow, but they seem to make most of the food fresh. Customer service isn't great; the person I dealt with argued with me when I asked for for here, early in the morning, in order to avoid the garbage.

Absolutely disgusting. Ice cold french fries straight from the fridge. Suspicious black spots on the burger. The chipotle chicken wrap was actually just a frozen piece of chicken with sliced cheese. Chicken sandwich swimming in mayo. They couldn't even give us the correct type of milk. This display is so shameful I feel like they must have done it on purpose.

Staff shortage must wait for food in parking lot

The back had a strong scent of marijuana. I can't handle it, but I suppose it's not too much of an issue for most.
