Looks great from the outside but inside what a mess! No soap in the ladies room! When asked employees say "we don't have any soap". I ask "how do employees wash their hands?" They look at me like I'm crazy. People are lined up yelling at employees because all the orders are coming out wrong. Upset because they want to to a manager and everyone says "I'm not in charge!" So there is NO manager. What a chaotic mess!The HEALTH DEPARTMENT needs to get in here fast!

horrible with delivery. all they gave us was are drinks and not the food called to see about the food and they said been waiting for someone to pick up the food. when you order for delivery isn’t the food supposed to be delivered not to come an get it?? 🤬😡

Coffee was okay, drive thru is slow

20 minutes sitting in the drive through line with only 5 cars in front of us. We were handed a coffee, which did not have the lid on tight and spilled all over my husband, burning his hands. No apology. Had to ask for ice for the burns, still no apology. Asked for the manager's contact info, finally got an apology. These folks lacked basic decency.

They are starting to serve healthier foods, like their salads. I found them to be pretty darn good.

I really like this McDonald's because they don't like act like they hate me. Also, their food is hot and their sandwiches don't look like they had a run in with a weed wacker. It's always nice and bright there and clean. Who wants to eat a McDonald's where it looks like there was a rat demolition derby?

Everytime we go to this McDonald's they always skimp us on the fries. Only half full with none on the bottom of the bag so I know they didnt fall out and the fries are cold and hard. It's so disappointing. We probably wont be coming back to this McDonald's anymore.

You don't expect much at McDonald's and they deliver every single time. I don't understand how Chick-fil-A gets it so right and McDonald's gets it so wrong. You would think that maybe a McDonald's executive would go through a Chick-fil-A drive thru to see how it's done.
