Do not like self serve screens. Cashier literally took me self serve screen and placed order there.

I took me and my daughter's there this morning at 10:49 am and I ordered a filet fish ,10 piece nugget, 6 piece nugget Happy Meal and a bottle of water the employees were great they were respectable, but my nuggets and my Filet-O-Fish were cold I thought it would be fresh and hot being I got there 19 minutes after lunch started but the nuggets and the fish sandwich were cold that's why I gave you guys a 3-star rating but like I said employees are respectable and kind, if my food was nice and hot I would have gave you guys a 5-star rating

This visit was really nice! Food was good, and my order was correct. My only complaint, my fries weren't completely full as they should have been.

You don't have a lot of mature,experienced people throwing there hands up to work at McDonald's, especially in the Hampton Roads area. There for customer service and quality will lack sometimes to a infuriating degree. I mean what can you expect at a place that employs teens, baby mama's, ex-drug addicts, and ex-cons for the most part.

Wow.. spell much
