The flow is the worst. I have been in the same spot for 20 minutes... Probably only have one person in there and I feel bad for them takin the heat.....

Since when did a sandwich come with 1/4 piece of cheese and 1 pickle?

We sat in line for 40 minutes for the kid's happy meals to have barely filled French fry boxes and toys for boys instead of girls. They did the same thing to mine and my husbands French fry boxes and drinks. They pretty much didn't listen to us at all and put everything together lazily.

The shrimp and grits were to salty to eat. Everything thing else was good.

I thought this was suppose to be fast food. Been in line 28 minutes just to place our order. And it is the tail end of lunch rush on holiday. Ridiculous. Been this way since the newest manager took over.

They told us to pull up. Waited 15 minutes, went in and they told us they tried to give our food to another customer, gave us cold OLD food. And all they had to say was sorry and refused to refund us.

Fast friendly service. A good fast food place to hit on the go

This was a quick stop in the middle of a long trip and the service at the counter was splendid. Considering the late hour on an often un-busy Sunday, our family was greeted with smiles. If I had to list an opportunity for improvement, it would be the ladies room. The toilet paper in both stalls was not in the dispenser. Sadly, the roll was on the floor in one stall and resting on the ADA handrail in the other. Not the most sanitary of circumstances. Management should enforce a checklist.

this mcdonalds was prettybad. they got our order so horribly wrong by trying to divide up the meals because of Bogo free big mac. we ended up being short 2 fries and 1 drink. they also had trouble running my card for payment and asked for my pin number, at which point I needed up paying cash.

The order was cooked perfectly and made well. And was very quick for the length of the line. Great job! Will return.

Didn't have cookies and only three pies and lady at window seemed upset we asked and the other window said we r not doing cookies because of a short menu. I think cookies would be on that or they could cook them while we wait for them but no offer of any kind just told sorry no cookies. So sad!!!😭😭😭

Our last meal at McDonalds in Ottawa was good and fast. But our medium fry was only half full they were fresh though.

Cheese burger under $2 was fine.

If you want to use the drive through bring a portable DVD player you are going to be sitting there for a bit. Avg wait time 30 minutes. Never had a problem with the food. They are just the slowest FAST food place I’ve ever been too 😂😂

Worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Played for my families food and my order was deleted and after asking several times also having to show them my bank account to show I paid (no receipt printed) I finally got a refund. I dont enjoy having my time wasted. You would think I would have learned after the first few times. 10 years ago this was one of the best around. Something needs to change. Mr. O I hope you read these.
