12 minutes from order to getting my food. Driving down the road go yo take a sip of my tea... Sweet Tea... Not what I ordered. GROSS!

Best location with a play area if u have kids

There is crumbs and dirt around every corner and table. Like they sweep the middle of the floor only. Fries were either brown and solid or barely cooked in the same container..

Didn't want a big dinner or the expense that comes from that. This McDonald's was quick & the food was very good. I will most likely return...

Drive through late at night (11:30pm) and the worker says "speak" through the intercom. Not hello how can I help you, he said SPEAK. HE SAID IT 3 TIMES before I said "what?". He then mumbled out the words "how can I help you" so quietly and hardly audibly that he had to say THAT 3 times before I had a clue what he was saying. When I have my order, he disregarded what I said and said "late night menu!" . Jesus christ. Who hired that man and do they know this is how he speaks to customers?

Took about 30 minutes to order and get a large latte. Several employees out of uniform going in back of store. I was grateful because one finally took my order. Manager was on phone in front of store because paychecks were missing. Beeping fries were totally ignored by everyone. They were left there for several minutes after they started beeping. Someone deleted my coffee off of their order screen. Good thing I noticed and told manager. He accused me of not ordering it until I showed the receipt. He made me the coffee without even an apology for the delay.

Bad bad service as usual. I have written off mc Donald's for good. You know culvers had better food and not much different prices. 😉 was given wrong order and had to go back and get rest of order which happens all the time! Then when asked if could have fresh fries was given half full fries!!! I mean come on, your fries are over priced already. Do better McDonald's

I think I'm rating the one on East Washington in Madison, WI. It's really clean and nicer than most McDonald's. Food is the same as anywhere. I like that it's close to the gym so we can go work it off! 😂

Waited in the drive through with multiple cars behind me. No one answered or took my order after ten mins. I even called inside with no answer, drove around to see one guy standing behind the counter staring out the window.

Best McDonald's ever!The manager was named David and the food was made fresh 👌, hot and delicious!I highly recommend!

Really busy it took me about 20 min to get a Mcchickin! But I never really have anything bad to say about Mc-e-Dees!🤪

I'm actually really impressed with how far you guys have came. My foods always fresh, order is always right and customer service is getting much better and quicker. Honestly congrats McDonald's team. Good Job!

This is one of those places that the service and quality depends on the manager on duty. Today was fast and my iced coffee was perfect. Sometimes you sit in the drive thru for 4 minutes before they respond to you and the iced coffee is so weak it tastes like milk. Really depends on management at the time of your visit. Some visits I would give 0 stars and others 5, so I settled on 3.

Very good service and high-quality preparation of food

Very dirty. Floor is sticky and even behind the counter area is very dirty
