McDonald's

I am a health care worker. Just purchased my thank you meal and the lady at the window said rudely “ just saw you know today is our last day for thank you meal” . I checked their website and it says it lasts till 5/5. I called the McDonald’s directly and asked them and I was told tomorrow 5/3 is the last day. .... I told them their employee just lied to me. Horrible service like this is ur personal restaurant... we serve the public we deserve respect and we expect the same from the staff.... stop lying Mc Donald staff... at red lion location .... and the Thank you meal is till 5/5 for all those that’s out there...

Fast service, but little care for your meal. Burned the muffin, but served it anyway through the drive thru. Not sure what I expected as a rare McDonald's customer, but helped ensure I stay away from now on.

Very disappointed in the remodel. Really no customer service as there is a small counter which they don't seem to staff. No drink refill station. Customers of all ages who may not want to touch a screen to order pretty much have to now. We tried going inside a couple of times and the wait for food was longer than before the remodel. Interior also feels cold and unwelcoming. McDonald's management, what were you thinking? Please bring back some customer service and the drink refill station.

This MacDonald restaurant is like most of the restaurants of this chain. It's nice looking. I was visiting this area for the first time and wanted to try this american restaurant (i was coming from France) and i was surprised to see that the food is the same. No problem to park the car. Thanks for this experience. Prices are ok.

I love this restaurant! They have delicious food, their menu is varied, The chief cook in that place is very trained, I love very much eating all their dishes. The dishes are always fresh and tasty, the attitude towards the customers is very good too. I frequently visit this restaurant and I not even once was disappointed. I highly recommend it.

Updated review post-remodel:Although, historically speaking, this location has been one of the best run McDonald's I've ever been to, I feel like the remodel has now made things worse. The counter was made significantly smaller with a lot of the space wasted. They did away with the refilling station that also had napkins and condiments and straws. Also, the dual drive-thru has actually created more congestion and as such, wait times have at least doubled on average.Edit: Today, the drive-thru line spilled out onto the main street, despite having dual ordering lanes.Most of these remodels make zero logistical sense. We'll see how this location will fair in the long-term after the remodel, but so far, it has actually hindered things. Deducted one star from my previous review.

I’ve ordered food 3 times over the past two weeks through Uber Eats and every time (at this location) they have shorted me something. This time I was missing extra nuggets I paid for (happy meals for the kids). Uber Eats refunded me for my order but I just want it to be heard that they tend to mess up orders fairly frequently.
