Lifeless greeting, no thank you. The mechanical kiosk would have been friendlier. But the order was correct and the fries relatively warm.

The wallpaper I took a pic of was neat and is an image of part of Central Ave in town. The service was quick despite it being busy. Cleanliness on the other hand is an issue from the floors, garbage cans, tables and even the bathrooms. Can't say I would come back to this location.

On this place I like to go to get coffee they serve fresh coffee

Waited 4 minutes to get my order inside I was the only customer waited another 10 minutes for two McDoubles I walked out I don't have time for this. Keep my three dollars and your burgers. Won't be back.

Upon entering, I was happy to see there were no kiosks, but a cashier to take our order. Turns out, we may have been better off at a kiosk. I ordered a large Carmel mocha. The employee checked with a member of management to see if they could make it. I was told they couldn't make smoothies because the machine was down. I said that wasn't what i wanted, to which the cashier told me again they couldn't make it. I clarified that i was hoping to get a hot drink, to which he said they in fact could make. We were informed they were making our order and they'd call our number when it was ready. When our number was called, it did not have the coffe drink with it. The female manager said she hadn't gotten to it yet. We watched and waited. I saw the manager member actually put the coffe on the counter and walk away. We had to ask the cashier if that was my drink. No apologies were issued, no thank yous were given.... not very good service to say the least. I cant say I'll be back there soon.

Half hour on a ice tea n small Fry's.. n they said they ice cream machine was down but sold three hot fudge sundae after me... What the hell. Not worth stopping

Clean facility fast courteous service. Handicap parking was not ADA compliant ( width).

Just wanted an iced coffee. First got handed a cup of hot coffee poured over ice with no cream or sugar. Then got something that tasted and looked like all cream and sugar. Apparently they don't have a recipe to follow at this location.

The wait in the drive through is insane. 25 mins...

Ordered food through door dash this morning I appreciate the fast delivery! Issue was my sandwich had so many egg shells in it not impressed.

Nice staff. Met our grandson in Fort Dodge. Staff was very nice to us as we spent 2 hours there.
