McDonald's

For the most part in the mornings the service is stellar. I never have an issue and the person on the other side of the microphone is always ready to assist. I just wish this level of service was more consistent throughout the day.It seems that in the later afternoon and early evening it becomes more relaxed and carefree. Leading to empty thank yous and and good nights. this is a position for which one is starting out in the workforce. The future is ahead of you and you must treat it as necessary as it is.No matter the time of day service should not become lackadaisical. for the most part this is a great stop if you need a quick bite and not worried about service at all. I hope this review inspires those who shell out empty gratitudes to think more about their future.

Order was wrong even after I corrected them they still did it wrong then when I questioned staff I was told this is what you where charged for!! Excuse me!

Fast and delicious. It's nice to know some "fast food" is actually still fast.

The fries were terrible! Thats why uou go to Mcdonalds, to get great fries! Really dissapointed.

Orders are consistently incorrect and when brought to the attention ofmanagement they want you to have any remaining portion of food left with you otherwise they will not compensate for their oversight or incompetence.... Worst McDonald's in Lincoln!

This is what they call a large fry! Straight out of drive thru! Just after 3pm beware!

My grandson loves the food that Grandma on occasion is purchasing for him for a quick breakfast on the way to school.

I had two burgers and how did u kno if been I didn't tell u.

This place is pretty awesome really nice some of the people can be a little better at their job and to work on communication

Erin in drive through was AMAZING and if I dealt with just her id give you 5 stars ...however the shift manager named Theresa is the worst person ive even met / dealt with .... She should be cashier and Erin by far deserves to be a manager . Erin was great with the customers and co wokers ....Theresa not only treated us the customers horrible but mistreats her co workers....suprised they still work there dealing with that wicked evil women ....

I’ve been to this one a few times. And ordered Drive through... still can’t get the order right. Finally ordered online and they messed up my order still, showed them the order and they tried to charge me more and argued that I didn’t order it right. Worst McDonalds I’ve been too! Read a scream and complete the order.

ordered a quarter pounder and 10pc nuggets, got a big mac, English understanding helps when ordering i suppose. I caught it before I left, went back in, got my qp, getting ready to eat it and it was raw, blood drips, not ketchup

You closed before 11:00pm i did not get any food thanks a lot

Cold fries long wait did not honor daily special or advertised deals.
