Undone meat I went in for one bite of my double quarter pounder with cheese and the bottom meat was pink ewwww McDonald's making hate thier food yucky

I've stopped there many times over the the decade. Always been fast and friendly service.

Well it's advertised 24hrs which it's not, but I considering all the other non 24 stores close at 11 I figured I'd get a couple of big mac's on the way home from my job (a cook in Lakeview) I just really wanted a big mac and guess what who ever owns this McDonald's is getting jipped by their own staff who close an hour early. I understand having things done to where you can leave right at closing but literally not taking orders at all is just ridiculous

Last 2 times I went it was good service, about 1 month ago I waited 15 minutes in the lobby, workers everywhere, and they kept saying someone would be there soon, but I ended up walking out with no food because I was limited on time. I was the only one in the store, and was never seen. Although the last two times service was better.

All Mcdonalds is trash... TREAT.YO.SELF.BETTER. Please. You deserve it.

The service is usually fast, but the customer service is usually hit or miss depending on who is working. They seem to always be out of the correct containers for the biscuits & gravy, so they use a pancake tray and the gravy gets everywhere.

Order was perfect. They even had lemon for tea today!

The girl that took our order should be praised! She was awesome and got our very complicated order correct.

Worst customer service ever I have never been so miss treated in my life I had to go 3 times through drive tru . Food was cool never come here

Showed up at 6:20, door was locked....manager saw me and quickly turned away... I waited outside for a moment and was finally allowed inside when a worker walked around the corner and needed back in...

Horrible!!! We stood for a full 5 minutes, no one ahead of us, employees fooling around and completely ignoring us. We left! They need some management!

Drive through teller handles $ and credit cards then puts same hands on top of my coffee lid and condiments. Apathy and poorly trained, means no more of my drive through business. Our family quit going inside due to dangerously slippery floors, long before virus.

Employees were asleep, in the dinning room and wouldn't wake up! Hoover McDonald's, next to Hoover Tactical. 08/07/2019 @ 0230hrs.
