It's fast food which is not that great and the service is terrible.

Great service. Newly remodeled. Even had fresh flowers on the table!

Latham farms store is hit or miss . Hopefully customer service will be a priority with the remodel going on .

They really stepped up their game. Seams like everything is hot and freshly made. I mostly go to the Watervliet store and the Managers are friendly and the staff do a good job in a tough competitive market. I luv the iced coffee myself.

This place has undergone an amazing transformation! All new decor and food delivered to the table. Vase of flowers on the table. Felt more like a regular dining experience.

Its decent food for being fast food but it is just as expensive if not more expensive than going out for good quality food. Very greasy food and sometimes inconsistent meals. I'd only reccomend if you are in a rush. It has been recently re done so it is at least clean.

This is always the slowest drive-thru I ever go through be prepared to wait for your food

I haven't always been a big fan of this location, but they seem to be improving slowly.

The restaurant for the amount of business and traffic is very clean and well maintained. Your food you can order quickly however getting the correct order or the order with consistent quality has been a persistent challenge at this McDonald's. Especially at the drive-thru window I would recommend if you want your food Hot Correct and fresh to order inside the restaurant and not use the drive-thru. Also at night the staff tends to be a little belligerent when they have to correct an order I can see Improvement being needed in this area

Slow service if you're going thru drive thru.

Typical McDonalds. Went to drive thru for decaf coffee. Three coffee was fresh & hot, &just the right amount of sugar & cream. Price is reasonable for what I received.

I love McDonald's. The only problem is the service in Waterford is very slow and you have to check your order they sometimes forget all you ordered. And are slow getting your food.

Had to use a kiosk machine to order. Nobody at counter. Food was not hot. Bearly warm.

Not sure why that sign was there but it was bad day and funny how it was there. Drive throug wals quick and order was right.
