Fresh, hot tasty food. Ordered off the grill and though the meat was a tad greasy it’s a trade off to have hot food. I’ll surely be back. Iced coffee was on the weak side but it was flavored properly.

Ordered a coffee and I got a Tiny Tim coffee, half full!! ... in the same order, they forgot my apple juice, which was clearly on the receipt. I go to this one frequently because it’s near my house, but my lord, the mess up my order every time. 😞

McDonald's has stepped up their game. The Quarter Pounder w/cheese is a good burger, made fresh and it's not dried out. In fact, it was cooked medium well. And they also have great service. Very polite crew.

They were not busy at all and food obviously rushed with no concern for customers. Dry and horrible.

Well for start, the employee in the cash window and taking orders seemed to really not like her job. It took a solid minute before she came on the speaker and asked for my order. She was really short and seemed to have an attitude right off rip. When cashing out, I didn't get a receipt. She literally dropped the change in my hand. I had two orders and for the second order, she asked me if I even wanted my change. I'm not sure of her name, but she had glasses. At the second window, I could only assume the guy was the manager. He was in a better mood than the girl was. When I got home, my sandwich was plain after I asked for only pickles and Mac sauce. When I called to have a replacement, there was no issue and I thank Luis for that. I'm not sure if the girl was just having a bad night, but even so, there was no reason to have such poor customer service with someone who was just trying to grab food before coming home for putting in their own long day.

This McDonald's is clean and the staff is polite and professional. Services quick and the food is as expected. It's a good place to stop for a quick bite.

If you come after 7pm expect to wait 30 minutes and get cold, bland fries.

Only reason this is getting 3 stars is because of the manager stacey. She replaced my order that was messed up the night before. Everytime we visit the food is usually fresh its the over night crew that is not good. But the manager that replaced my entire order for me with no issue gets a 5 star review she was very understanding of my frustration and nice.

I love McDonald's! Their food is delicious & inexpensive! The people that work there, no matter the time that I hope there, are always really nice! And they have clean bathrooms! 😃

Daily visits very convenient and accommodating, that's the mikey ds on county line road!!!

Well first of all the drive-thru employees were blasting obnoxious rap music. Only one employee is actually working. Another one I could see standing at the front counter playing on her cell phone. My experience this evening made me and my family very uncomfortable. And it took almost 20 minutes from ordering to receive our food. This is in reference to the McDonald's on Mariner Boulevard in Spring Hill Florida

Greatest location in Spring Hill! Awesomely trained staff. Very nice & friendly. Have been going to this location for years and I love the quality of the food & such. Jazmin & Sierra were awesome in making my order & will come back again!!

This location is fine. I hardly ever go inside though. Drive thru isn't too bad. My order has always been accurate, so I have no complaints.
