Convenient & good service

The people there are nice,friendly and know who I am/I'm there at least 3 or more times a week

This has got to be the slowest McDonalds ever

First off we were surprised with the prices! Coming from the leeward side, Kapolei prices are at most 2$ more on the menu items! The restaurant dining area was dirty, tables were empty but dirty. When I went to place my order the girl at the register was very sluggish, she was slouching at the counter and just wasnt helpful when i asked her about their new menu items.. Food took awhile, only to get our French fries cold 😤.

Coffee has a nice robust flavor.

They higher the price on the breakfast biscuit. I use to get one breakfast and the second one for free. and double the price on the hash brown. Hash brown was a dollar and they raised up to 2 dollars and 19 cents. Not nice.

Mcterri burger not like before putting it in a box then picking it up take a bite n it falls apart

It's not such a crowded place, could do better with table cleaning..

Always seems to get your order wrong, I can’t even fathom the amount of times I have gotten my order wrong. They got my order wrong by forgetting a sauce and when I went up to the cashier to ask them for a sauce they forgot to give me, they told me I had to buy another one because of their “new rules.” If you want food where something will be missing or not the way you want it, McDonald’s is the right place..

This is the best beach I've been to Honolulu, Hawaii . The water is calm and high waves at all. Best for your kids and family almost like swimming in a pool. It's a Disney Resort but the Lagoons are opened for the public to swim. The water is much more cleaner not too much rocks than Waikiki Beach.

It used to be easier to order w/ all the combo meal pixs over the counter. My fave was Big Mac. Imagine opening the styro box stuffed w/ the BM. Nowadays the burger seems smaller and thinner (?)

What else can you say..mobile ordering...app specials...clean friendly and great staff!!! Additional outside seating...all right across from Costco for one stop shopping#

Literally only one bacon in this Mc.Griddle! Worst Mc.D ever!

My boy loves their plain cheese burgers
