Horrible! Always getting order wrong. Sweat tea almost always empty. Kiosks are close to the best part. Food is good, employees suck. Save yourself the trouble and go to Burger King!!! Seriously, no kidding. Idk how they’ve stayed in business so long!!!

My chicken tenders were old and dry, chocolate shake tasted like vanilla.

Wife and I stopped for breakfast. Waited at the order window for 5 minutes before getting a response. Ordered our food. Paid for food. Asked to pull ahead and wait. Waited 10 minutes, finally got food. Hot hash browns cold sandwiches and they gave us dr. pepper instead of diet. Your job is to put things between bread and hand that to people. You have failed.

Weirton McDonalds - Poor service, long lines. Too many people Loitering with their coffee cups. No where to sit for those of us who paid for a meal. Had to get my food to go for this reason. Food was not cooked properly Bun was soggy. McDonalds owes me a refund for this terrible attempt at selling food. Very disappointed with the entire visit.

Sat at drive thru for over 3 minutes and they only waited on cars on the other side. Had to drive up to the window and then sat there for over 2 minutes before someone came over ....then had to wait on food. When they brought it to the car they didnt have all of my order. They had to go back in and get the rest. Never stopping at that location again.

Cadiz, ohio one can't get a order right if you order more then two things or if you order it in a special way😒

Good service and great food for the value

For as busy as they was I got my food in a decent time but... However they forgot 2 of my burgers and I had to drive back to get it fixed. It happends so not a big deal.

My husband and I stopped today 8-28-19 in Weirton, WV on three springs drive and was VERY disappointed by the place. First of all the workers were NOT friendly at all. A smile makes a big difference especially when you get food that was cold and you could definitely tell it had been sitting for awhile. Also there was a boy who came in to see the hiring manager and half an hour later was still waiting. According to the McDonald's commercials it's supposed to be a great place to work. Well if the staff there is any indication of the requirements for the job, McDonald's better change their commercials. Believe me we won't be back and I will spread the word. 👎

Staff shut off lights and walked out, high fiving when they saw us pull away around 2 am today when we pulled into the drive thru. Signs clearly say 24 hours. Will be contacting higher ups with photos and videos showing this. Also, the description says McDonalds has a meal waiting for you, but are you sure about that chief.

Okay service, not friendly at all. No one said thank you, greeted us or even asked "can I help you"? Sandwich was delicious though

The cashier that took our money made the comment im so glad your useing a credit card why is she gonna copy my credit card number down and when we gut to the second window they had no idea what my order was i had to show them my recipt to get what i ordered and there was only like two cars in the drive thru this is why I go to taco Bell

This has to be the slowest McDonald's I've ever seen in my life All other McDonald's around the area blows this place away with speed and fresh food Even after waiting 20 minutes here your food still comes out stale and cold I don't recommend anybody going to this dump
