Very disappointed. I just went through their drive-thru (10:30pm on Wednesday, March 6, 2019), ordered a large meal for Combo 1 Big Mac. But unfortunately got home to a large drink and medium french fry with a big mac. The fries are what I look forward to the most, I paid for a large fry and received a medium. Overall I didn't get what I paid for! My theory, the lady working the drive-thur didn't want to make more fries since they close at 11pm and there were more people pulling into the drive-thru for an order after me. So how is this right? It's not. Branch management should look at their shift schedule and see the female working this date/time to have a talk with them about honesty, work ethic and serving customers what they pay for.

The cashier was great. Getting the food took a while, i didnt eveb order anything special.The runner for front was rude when I asked for some sauces for the nuggets. I used to come here all the time, idk if I will be back.

This location is horrible. 9 out of 10 times your order is wrong OR you wait FOREVER for your food, which isn't a special order. The night manager has no control over the young kids "working". When I've had to go in, because my order was wrong, the young kids who should be working the front are not there. Most of the time they are off to the side, near the restrooms, goofing off. I will give credit to the poor young man cooking. He made the burger that was missing and there was nobody working the front to hand it to me, because they were all goofing off near the bathroom! So the young man came from the back, put it in a bag and handed it to me. Hire him as your manager. He would do a much better job!
