Unfortunately I don’t think anyone here understands what customer service is. Cursing at the drive-through window not saying thank you just literally throwing the food at you. Management should really look into us or better yet corporate because this is absolutely ridiculous.

Service was quick but the product was the worst. I’m not sure what I got but definitely not the coffee we ordered and definitely not even drinkable. It taste like whipped cream and dirty sink water. Would have gone back for refunds but didn’t have time. Thats what I get for driving past Chick-Fil-A and Starbucks. Won’t make that mistake again.

Well officially I’m done with you. Previously you have forgotten things. Usually my sons milk, but today was the very last straw. A uncooked burger from a fast food chain is not how I roll. The fries were cold as well. Took me 45min to finally get ahold of someone on the phone. Told me to bring the burger in for a refund or replace it. Negative ghost rider. I put it in a bag and I’ll be by in the am.

Beautiful store, very friendly staff. This store always had the best quality. It's hard to find sometimes and they surprise me every time. The lobby is always clean and very well kept.

Served raw food but wasn't paying attention till I happened to look down that was delicious right? Come on McDonald's you got me for breakfast this morning and lunch what is going on? Maybe you should not have the workers outside landscaping and inside cooking or learning to cook right
