McDonald's

The managers are nice, a few of the employees need to remember they are at work and not out on the streets talking to their friends. My son loves going there.

We love the people here- shout out to Marissa who is always so sweet to my children and they love saying hi!

Friendly place w hot fresh food for a quick bite to eat near the ocean front. Staff is friendly and restaurant is clean. Bathrooms were also clean even though it was obvious they just were slammed after lunch. Not the same specials you may find elsewhere and prices are steeper due to location. Parking is easy and drive thru has easy access. Service was fast and courteous.

Had the 2.4.5 meal 2 big Macs they were hot and fresh was to busy eating forgot to take picture sorry.😢😢😢

A lot of people traffic, "restroom" and was a long wait... think there was a trainee... got in a few people by few more minutes a long line even after the second register opened up. Food came out quick thank goodness was very hungry. Not a bad place just very busy. But the service was good. Very nice understanding.

They got the order right. Fries weren't hot. Ladies room needs attention; one stall, or perhaps both, needs a new tissue dispenser. Customers should never touch those out of dispenser tissue rolls with their wet and/or filthy hands. Owner/management attention required.

Right in the heart of VB's waterfront. Near the transit station. Cleanliness could improve.

Would be great if you didn't see drug deals in front of it every 5 minutes

The wait time is slow some times because they are always trying to get there drive thru times down. When they bring the food to the table, your always have to go back to the counter to get ketchup, so what is the point of bringing it to the table.and when you ask them to give ketchup, they forget. This McDonald's could do so much more sales if the customer service was on point.

Its McDonald's. I got what I expected and when it comes to fast food my expectations are low. I was very pleased that my order was right but I was sad that my fries were cold. It was quick and the meal served its purpose. Nothing outstanding. I would not recommend the caramel frappe. Maybe they made it wrong but it was not very good. The quarter pounder was pretty noteworthy

Clean and open areas abound. The bay nearby is beautiful.

Depending on time of the day and year You will be pleasantly surprised

It's an average McDonald's. The store was clean and the staff was friendly. The store is old and could use an update, but it was fine. I went around 7am for breakfast on a Tuesday and it wasn't really busy but my food took about 15 min to come out (3 meals for me and the family). The food taste just fine and was like any other McDonald's.
