McDonald's

I come in a few times a week I run a business down the street. I come at 4am every other weekend get two breakfast sandwiches today I was told they don’t serve breakfast at this time. last week they did. I don’t understand.. the guy who served me the time before was there as well. This is also one of the slowest McDonald’s in Ottawa but I don’t mind I understand fast food and that it does get busy.

There are at least 30 orders on the screen and no orders are coming out. We've been waiting here for 20 minutes for a poutine and nothing is happening. Seems like they're understaffed.

Very busy and will sometimes miss details about your order, but it has a hardworking staff that's doing their best to accommodate customers.

Lighting speed service, the printer of the self service machine is down, the manager spend 10mins just to help me print it out. After a while I ask for an extra sweet&sour sauce which usually they just gave you one, the manager gives me two. Sometime small details will just make your day, like mine.

The skeleton crew did great. 10/10 on a large order of sandwichesStretch is clearly a natural leader

Staff needs to acknowledge clients other than just calling the number. 978 your order is up. But, it is just fast food.

So, I walked down to this location from Landsdowne with a friend to grab some food. We were super hungry and so glad there was no line. I ordered a quarter pounder BLT and she ordered a quarter pounder with cheese. We also ordered a large fry. Despite their being no line, we waited almost 15 minutes for our meal! They apparently kept getting orders through skip the dishes thatvthey filled first rather than the order we put in as walk in customers. So almost 15 minutes later, we finally get our meal and the fries were so cold because they had just been sitting there for all that time we were waiting. Secondly, my quarter pounder BLT was the saddest BLT I have ever ordered anywhere! Not only did I have to request a fresh and hot fry but I also had to ask for lettuce to make up the "T" of my burger. So unsatisfactory.
