McDonald's

Great service, manager gave me a free strawberry pie to try. I got a fish sandwich and for 1.00 more got another one. The lady who waited on me was so nice and service was fast. Love my McDonald's 😄👌

I've always loved McDonald's...and I still do...but y'all need to keep up on your fries game..they should always be" hot & fresh "...no matter what time it is!!!!So step up on keeping those fries fresh at all times...❤️❤️

Been coming here since I was a kid, won’t be changing anytime soon either. Always fast, friendly, and im always satisfied with my visit. They did slightly mess up my order once but was happily compensated for the missing item. Awesome place.

Missing items i ordered. No receipt paper in the order machine. Couldnt find a clean table. Door Dash person was in line waiting with me. How the door dash person drive there and his order still wasnt ready. Im not from here and this was my first impression of downtown lol

Overall a good fast food restaurant

I always love the McDonald's but the tables are never very clean I know they are busy and it's hard to catch up but sometimes you just can't find a queen table the food on the other hand was made to order and I appreciate it when they get it right because I am a little piggy and I do things differently other than that I enjoyed myself there

My food order was incorrect AGAIN! When I called, the manager was condescending and implied I was lying. I explained that my order was 26.00 and my meal was the only one incorrect. She had ne so frustrated I just said forget it.. We frequent the store for many things from iced coffees to full meals or a dozen cookies to take co workers. Not going to be coming back ...I work hard for my money too and want what I pay for. I mean, it was rang up correctly. All they woukd had to have done is read it.

Customer service is slacking . But they taste good .

This particular McDonalds has a few nasty, rude employees that are on the day and evening shift. The food is always warm to moderately hot, and the store is usually clean.

Hot, fresh, and good as always. And Madison McDonalds is the best.

Today was the first time I didn't have to wait and then go back in because they forgot something. The staff at both windows was great today! Usually they are rude and act like you are bothering them to do their job.

Omg!!! So slow I was in the line for almost 25 mins couldn't get out of the line

They don't honor all day breakfast. Not sure how other then they said the owner has stopped it.
