McDonald's

They never get my order correct.

Decently fast service, can take a really long time if they're busy though, and they sometimes to forget to make my coffee that I ordered.

Slow service. Never have ice cream or shakes. Stop cooking early !!@

Drive threw. Food was hot and delicious.

Water boil in Muncie. So , no sweet tea available. You can get drinks of Coke products in cans! :(

Horrible service, they had one untrained employee running the register with no help. My order was wrong, I waited 20+ minutes, and to top it off there was a hair on one of the sandwiches in my order. The fries were incredibly over-salted. Do not reccomend this McDonalds, you would be better off going 5 minutes down the road to the Bethel location.

The wait is absolutely ridiculous no to mention they always burn the burgers and mix up the meals this is got to be the worst McDonald’s not only in Muncie but in the surrounding areas

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. If I could give it negative stars I would. I waited half an hour for my food and when I finally got it, it was very cold and the buns were hard. Do not recommend going to this one ever.

Good old big mac

Don’t go to this McDonald’s in the morning unless you like being late for work. You will inevitably spend 10 minutes in the drive through alone, then another 10-15 waiting at the window. This happens whether there are 10 people in line or just 1. Also was charged for the wrong order and had to spend extra time at the pay window to be refunded and charged for the correct order.

Fast lunch at a fair price

The employees were very courteous, order was correct, and it went efficiently.

Slow as hell, and ALWAYS out of everything. Every single time I come here theyre out of everything I ask for.

I had an extended wait for a fresh Quarter Pounder. Quarter Pounder had cold cheese the Patty wasn't even lukewarm. Fries have been in the bag waiting the entire time for the sandwich. Way to go McDonalds.

You never know what is next at this McDonald's. Slow serve, long wait times for the simplest things, out of items, wrong order, missing items. You name it. It happens here. I kid you not - chose to clean the coffee machine during breakfast. Parked for a cheese burger and drink. Pass the place every day to work. I usually go out of my way to one of the other Muncie McDonald's or not at all.
