McDonald's

I was given the wrongly bag office food in the drive thru. I didn't notice it was the wrong order until after I had already eaten a handful of frys. Got the workers attention so the could give me my correct order and throw the mistake one away. The worker just ended up giving me my correct bag of food and taking the bag that they had accidentally gave to me TO ANOTHER CAR! Nice to know that during COVID-19 you can't go into the lobby because of the virus, but they will straight up give someone food that had sat in the car / already been touched by someone else!

Service is almost always super friendly and fast. Food is good and usually my order is accurate. Bardstown rd has always been one of my favorite locations!!!

Food at any McDonald's is consistent with another so I get what I expect.The staff was friendly and timely. They were working well together as a team and put together my order correctly!

0/5 stars came at 9:56 and told me they weren't serving burgers. This mcdonalds is a joke. Go to the one down the road. Excellent service.

What you expect, correct order, complete with napkins, coundaments

Well lit restaurant, the food is usually good. It makes for a nice place to have breakfast in the morning. There are times if you get there to the drive through just after the restaurant has opened that no one is there to take your order. I have had to go elsewhere for breakfast twice in the past couple of weeks because the manager didn't open the restaurant.

This particular McDonald's has good service and it's friendly and has deals on food most McDonald's don't anymore

Ive lived a mile from this location for 3 1/2 years. They're NOT open 24 hours. Even if someone is there between midnight and 6am, they will not take your order. It's ok to close for a few hours but don't advertise yourself as a 24 hour location. 🤷‍♀️

This location usually has pretty good food and service during the day hours.Past sun down it's a gamble. They aren't 24 hours like it says, went there late one night and they were closed.

This place is NOT 24hrs and yet the sign says 24hrs. Change your sign or have NO CUSTOMERS! It's not good business to manipulate potential customers. Do NOT go to this location. If they can't get their schedule right, think about what their doing for your order.
