After weeks of a not getting a full Mocha Frappe my husband finally said something. Manager said the fill line is on the cup. No Sir .. that line actually says ice. Like for your Iced Mochas. These are expensive and I will not get ripped off!

One of the best McDonald's in the Bardstown Rd. area. Tho, I don't appreciate that EVERY TIME I order a large order of fries, the box is half full. If I pay the full amount, for a large order of fries, I should receive a full order of fries.

I would give 0 stars but I cant so I ordered through door dash everything tht I wanted and when my food got to me I looked in the bag and I was missing my donut sticks so I called them and it was a foreign person tht answered the phone and I said can I speak to the manager and she said no Manger not here call back in 30 mind and hung up so I got charged for something I did not get go somewhere else to eat

I received my order pretty quickly, I don't ever see the place really packed (as far as dine-ins go) beyond the weekday lunch rush. The staff was friendly as well.

It's McDonald's what can you really say pretty good I just don't like how they only put half a piece of cheese on the Filet-O-Fish then if you add extra cheese to it they give you the other half that's why they lost the star

They can't ever get my sandwiches right!! I eat PLAIN sandwiches and they screw it up every time!! What's so hard about putting ONLY meat & cheese on a bun?? Smdh.......

There where onions on my mcchicken.Which should not happen to begin with.On top of this I am deadly allergic onions.So I won't be eating at this place after that.Thanks for the lack of care in making sure you don't mess up orders guys. Have a nice day.
