Rudest employees, forgot half of my order, and was mad when I tried back in to get the items they forgot and basically thought I was lying. Don’t waste your money or time here!!

Slowest sloppy employee s. Haven't been back there in over three years

Food in all McDonald's is just ok, tried the new all beef burger....... It needs a lot of work. I go other places where the burgers and fries are better.

I'm impressed they have improved a great deal. They got the line out quickly and everyone had a pleasant attitude. They did give me the wrong sandwich, a double cheeseburger instead of a big mac with cheese, I didn't go back bc it was too late when we got home. Glad someone took notice that this store needed some changes keep up the good work

Just nasty... I saw cockroach’s crawl across the counter the customer service was awful they messed up my order horribly trust me this place is nasty it don’t go here

Don't go after ten they don't serve certain things

The worst customer service I have ever had the manager has no clue on how to run a store how can you sit there and argue with a customer stating that the food they order does not have pickles on it when it's clearly marked that it does come with it I will be sure not to ever return to that McDonald's again I think the whole team at this particular McDonald's on 1941 in Griffin needs to learn better customer service better food quality now you need to go somewhere else layman's term I will not come back to the store ever again

My reason for 3 stars is because it's McDonald's it will never get a five star rating from me because they will never compete with the other fast-food Burger companies it's a basic simple hamburger nothing to write home about

I decided tonight that I will never return to this McDonald's again. If you don't want onions on your burger then go somewhere else because the people that work here don't understand how to make one without onions. Also nobody seems to understand that extra pickles means having more than just one pickle on your burger. My order is always wrong (ALWAYS) and tonight they forgot to give me one of my sandwiches. Also, this place is almost never open at night. Anywhere from 11pm-4am, don't even bother going because they'll tell you the system is down. and if you look through the windows people are just sitting around on their phones instead of doing their jobs.

The last time i was here, customer service was great! But it seems like they have a new crew working, and they were all over tha place. No real organization. Messed up my order twice.

It took 20 minutes for a large Coke and a cheeseburger. The gave me a sweet tea and a hamburger. Not sure how you mess up that badly when I am one of 3 cars in line.

The worst McDonald's I've been to. Horrible customer service, employees doing nothing or on their phones, getting my order all wrong. Management needs to go, like yesterday. Get better employees. Find responsible and civilized managers to run this place. Overheard an employee say that it was raining more inside than it was outside, and had to put buckets to catch the water that was falling in the kitchen area. Knowing this, the place should be closed down and taken down for renovations or simply don't open for business.
