Would be a zero if i could. Horrible customer service. Also they ripped me off with my order. I ordered me and my daughter chicken strips and they were out. They replaced them with chicken nuggets that was way cheaper and did not offer a refund. They were not friendly and no up beat attitudes. Very slow moving and no urgency. Just unprofessional. I will NEVER go back to this location. If you want hot food with a smile from someone who might care do not go there.

My 83 year old Mom loves McDonald's Hot Mustard. This is the only one I've found that will sell me the packets out right. The employee's attitudes are terrible, from the managers on down. But twice a year, I put up with it and go here to get her 40 packets.

Stay away from here. This place is over run with pan handlers and drug addicts. They let them hang around and beg 24/7.

This one doesn't offer a senior discount. Which doesn't amount to much but it is the idea that this owner is so cheap to not to offer it to his seniors. The manager was very nice about it and she said she would speak to the owner. The window people were very nice also.

I watched this place go up, I had to try it....... So happy I did, this place is wonderful. Prices are amazing, for what I had I only paid like $17.00. I will go back if I'm in Lakeland, I'm looking to leave the area. I had chicken quesidia, from the food truck. Which was really good, this place is totally worth the money.

Love the food and pricing was fair My daughter took me and my Grandson out to lunch it means so much to me to be spoiled like that. Made me feel good. Was disappointed that our outing had to come to an end but we are thañkful for the time we spend together or even the smiles or to hear I love you back. Makes me feel wonderful.
