McDonald's

This is the slowest possibly McDonald’s in the world. Spent OVER 20 minutes in the drive thru, and there was NOT even a line.

The food is hot and fresh since its always so busy! I will say that most of the staff at this location are super friendly but there is one lady that works at the counter that is not. That being said I recommend you order from the kiosk when at all possible, as it also seems to be the faster way to get your food if you do plan to go in. However, it's a pain to get out of the parking lot due to the drive-thru line sitting behind you when trying to back out. So that gives you something to think about before deciding to eat in or just going through the drive-thru.

“Open all day” except at 11:50 to 12:30, isn’t that false advertisement? I dunno, and even then, if we did order it’s not like they’re mentally capable of actually getting the order correct. Can’t believe we can have two separate McDonalds here in Front Royal and neither of them can get even the most basic orders right.

The food is always good there

Wow, real professional managers you have at your location. I'm calling to do MY job and ask a simple question, the manager didn't hear me correctly so I corrected her.The only non rude thing she actually did was apologize, but it became rude when she hung up right after doing so.Now she's being childish as well by leaving the phone on to make it seem like you guys are "busy" on the phone.Good luck getting calls from corporate, employees, customers with that kind of management being there.Not sure how you hire and promote such rude people at your location, but you should really teach them some phone etiquette because that was a sorry excuse for one.

One of my go-to places to grab something to eat. awesome location, well kept, and very good customer service. I highly recommend them!

Lady at the counter was professional, friendly and right on with our order! Very clean too!

My wife ordered food for our young kids at this MacDonald's last night. The lady at the counter forgot her ice cream. When my wife told her that she forgot it, the manager looked at her and said "get back in line" my wife is one person who would not purposely want to cause a issue. The manager came out when they were leaving like he was locking the doors. The way the manager acted was totally unprofessional and rude. Evidently the "customer is always right" doesn't pertain to this McDonald's. This is my first negative review on a business ever.

Consistently slow. Twenty minutes is the standard. You go to McDonald's because it's fast and consistent. Not at this location.

This was the best food I've had from this McDonalds for a very long time!!!
