The staff was super fast and friendly.

It's food and it's cheap. Not much wrong with it.

Love breakfast options. Delivery is handy. Line moves pretty fast for drive thru.

This has to be the lowest ranking store of the entire company. I have never been greeted with a smile or thanked for my contribution to McDonald's. The employees never try and up-sell or offer anything. I've eaten here a handful of times and my order has NEVER been correct! When asked to correct the mistake, I have been given yet another wrong order. I will NOT be a returning customer! I DO NOT recommend this location!

The staff are nice but they always get your order wrong. ice cream and milk shake machine is ALWAYS down I dont recommend this location at all!

This McDonald's has been a staple in Whiteland and South Greenwood Forever..And since forever it has been the slowest most inaccurate ,order screwed up, run by children fast food place in town. With 10 years of Eat At Your Own Risk at this particular McDonald's under my belt. I think its safe to safe this is the worst McDonald's Franchise in Indiana..Sorry to the Ownership to say that but your entire restaurant seems to be run by CHILDREN endlessly..

Always messes up my order don't know why they can't get it right

Don't know which location this review is for, but the Holt rd. off 70 (24 hour)store rocks. Their drive-thru is busy busy late but they're fast, with good food; and they don't screw up your order. Keystone and 65 (24 hour)store also for the same And I might have had the Best McDonald's sandwich in my "say" 45 years of eating there around January of 2019. I don't eat McDonald's often; but it is a comfort food to me. I'll travel a little further if I'm on the South or East side of the city to frequent these stores above others

It was as good as I remember however their chicken has changed. So I reccomend something else.

This place has become quite a joke. The past 3 times we have been, they have completely screwed up our order. It's not even complicated orders: happy meal, 2 small fries, 2 cheeseburgers, and 2 drinks. The last time we went, we had to pull up to the next window (no big deal), and it took 3 different people coming to the window to figure out that we were waiting on our entire order, and not just a drink. Definitely not coming back to this location.

Poor customer service, poor food quality (and yes, i get that it's fat food), poor cleanliness... and to expect higher minimum wages for this type of poor, middle school level service at best is outrageous. It's not meant to support a family of four, but only supplement a 16yo who wants a set of Beats to listen to music. And this location is the worst!

Always slow food not fast food and you have to check your order to make sure it's correct

Fast and great customer service

I’ve never given this place a bad review, despite all the bad service I’ve received from this location in the past, but today was just the last straw. The girl taking my order was snotty and rude. I asked if bagels were being served for breakfast. She laughed and said no. Got very short one word responses. Then she put my order in wrong. I noticed as soon as it was handed out, so I told them. Manager did offer to fix it, which was good. Then the “fixed” order was also incorrect. I didn’t bother to waste anymore of my time and just left. I know things are rough right now, I work in the vacation industry. I talk to dozens of people a day who are rude and short with me. The burnout is real, but I was perfectly polite and asking normal questions, and was treated very, very poorly. Very disappointing.
