such a bad service. Firstly didn't took my order correctly and after that when i complain the black lady was blaming me. second time the order was still not correct i went home and came back because still my order was not correct. such bad experience and stale food.

If I can give a negative rating, then I will definitely give them.This is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever seen.You are fast food restaurants, but you let customers wait 30 minutes.Why do your delivery customers wait a lot longer than drive thru customers to get their food. When you receive a delivery order, you do n’t prepare a cook at all, but wait until the food delivery driver arrives. Each driver has to wait about 30 minutes to get the meal. Are you a fast food restaurant?

Very rude staff during 10:30 pm. Punched in the wrong order on trying to confirm at window was rushing to get the coupon code and dint listen to us. Gave us a Mc double which we dint order. On being confronted replied saying “ we said yes for the Mc double”. Which clearly wasn’t the case if she had taken a moment to understand what we were saying. Maintaining drive thru time is one thing but neglecting guests is not how you do it. Got home horrible fries sitting for a long time for sure. No ketchup. Horrible service, horrible product way to go guys.

If I could give this place a negative 5 star rating I would. Every single time I have gone into the restaurant and ordered food they never get my order right. I tried using uber eats hoping they would pay extra attention to the order. Again my order was wrong. I stopped using this location altogether and started ordering from a different location without any problems. However, tonight I had no choice but to order from this location because of the weather, it was the only location available. Again, half my order was missing. If this only happened once it wouldn't be a big issue. But it literally happens EVERY SINGLE TIME. Looks like half my family isn't eating dinner tonight because they can't do their jobs properly. Again.

Placed a simple order, quarter pounder with cheese combo. 4 people that ordered after me were given there meal before me. When I finally got mine the burger was ice cold and tasted like it was cooked hours before. Brought it back and didn't even get an apology from manager. She did however replace my burger. Also the garbage cans were overflowing onto the floor and all the tables were filthy. Very poorly managed. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Beautiful ambiance, friendly staff, convenient location makes this attractive. This McDonald's is located near Parkway Mall. 24×7 working hours is the another feature. Drive thru also available. Spacious and nice seating arrangements.

This place was very clean. There is not a lot of seating available, it does offer seating for 2, 4, 6,+moreThere are 4 kiosks to put your order but there's there is always a very friendly associate ready to serve you.The remodeling of the restaurant is well done!

The Toronto Raptors scored at least twelve 3-point baskets in last evening’s game. Therefore, I’m here to get my free medium fries!This location is big with a huge children’s play area, plus it’s bright and clean. An outdoor patio is another seating option if you don’t want to eat indoors.The service was quick and staff was courteous. I used indoor service even though there’s drive-through service available.Plenty of free parking too.

This McDonald's is noisy and busy, hard to find a place to sit down. Better to take your food to go, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. They have a play place so this might have something to do with it.

One of the worst Mc donald ever. Staff is so rude and no respect to customers. My order was improper but none of them apologize once. I will advise the staff if you guys donn't want to serve properly please change your job. we guys donn't came their to see your angry faces while taking our meal.

I would prefer if the workers on the drive thru would get orders correctly when taking them. Out of 5 visits, 4 of my visits had messed up orders.

I strongly recommend you shouldn't go this place. I just ordered n ate Mighty Angus burger set and chipotle seasoned Fries. Burger pattie was so dried like paper and cold, and also fries were wet and so greasy by oil.. Disgusting. I ain't be here again.

Tried the new chicken McMuffin. Not bad...

Newly renovated. Service can be really slow. Drive thru is slow. Although I think uber type services are really slowing down all fast food places.
