Most unfriendly, not helpful employees. Seemed like they were doing us a favor giving us our food. Had to ask for beverage cups. Kiosk ordering difficult to maneuver. No employee at register to assist us. Will not return.

I was literally sitting in the drive thru line and got up to the window to order and they shutdown the board outside as well as the intercom and never answered. It was 10:55 and there were 5 cars behind me. Very, very unprofessional and lots of lost business.Won't be back to this McDonald's. It was the cherry on top of a lot of bad experiences. When this McDonald's first opened it was fantastic!! Don't know what happened.
