If I could give 0 stars I would . We waited 30 minutes for our food we were never given cups . When we asked for the sauces and our cups the guy up front was so rude . We finally found a employee , we then asked her to kindly wipe down a table and she got so upset asking which one . All the tables were disgusting and nobody was cleaning them once people left I don’t know if it’s an understaffing issue but having an attitude for having to do your job is absolutely unnecessary and inappropriate. I work in a restaurant so I understand having a rough day because some people can just act so entitled but I would never be so rude to customers because it looks so bad on the business. Will not be coming back here. Oh and the sweet tea didn’t have sugar.

Went inside. Service has a lot to be desired. I was at the register completely ignored. Several workers looked at me.

After 15 minutes waiting to order, With no line, got our food only one burger was made wrong.Then went through drive through ordered one correct, and paid for a side of tartar sauce, and it was only enough for a filet o fish.

None of the bathrooms have baby changing stations. Apparently it has been that way for at least 2 months every since the remodel. I had to go out to the car to change my 2 year old in the hatch of my car. It was in the 30"s with snow on the ground. Too cold for him to be expose. A clean and safe place should be provided for customers to change their kids.

Pleasant service at lunch rush for a to go order!

The manager Timmy or Tommy was rude and somewhat ignorant! How hard is it to understand that my client was limited on funds so he wanted to use his gift card first, then pay in cash! So I said just cancel the transaction and we will go somewhere else and he did! I walk out and walk back in to get his name and I here him telling his employees we need to just stay the hell out of his store! With this type of manager I will gladly stay out!

The only reason I gave this McDonald's a 2 is because they have a play place and it's convenient to where my playdate lives, so we meet up and let the kids play. Both of our food orders came out wrong and it took them a good 10-15 minutes to make. I won't blame it all on the cook staff. The person that took our order took it wrong. If I order a grilled chicken salad with an extra piece of chicken, I would the the extra piece would come grilled too, but she put it in as crispy.They fixed the orders, but at a 10-15 minute wait each time, it's not what I call a good experience. We will keep being the kids here to play, but won't be ordering beyond drinks.

Worst McDonald’s!!! Always saying there not serving food!! Only cash! Never get nothing right on the orders!! This place makes never want to spen a another dollar with there corporations!!!!!

Never go there on Sunday day before 2pm! They are slow I waited 10 mins just to order and she told me to hold on for another 6 minutes and I wait another 5 minutes just to pay at the window for a coke and a medium fry!

This mcdonalds really needs a a while new staff. Everytime I go there is no sweet tea and they are messing something up or taking way too long. And it's not just my order they mess up. There is generally multiple people standing around complaining about what's going on. Unfortunately it's the closest McDonalds to my house. I definitely dont go by if I'm in a hurry. But there are very few employees that are always on top of stuff. One is the nighttime female manager. I just feel bad for her that it seems she is always having to fix her employees mistakes

I don't recommend McDonald's for daily eating and nutrition, but when you were in a hurry for something delicious, an occasional pit stop at the McDonald's drive-thru can meet the immediate need. We had egg and cheese biscuits. They were delicious!

The location is good and the reason we go there despite the unhappy morning drive through employee. I suggest a manager to wear a headset so that the rudeness can be heard. More then once we have experienced poor customer service and of you don’t answer within two seconds while you are deciding then prepare yourself for a big dissatisfied “Hello!”. This is a deterrent experiencing this negative person first thing in the morning. Perhaps she isn’t trying to be rude but she needs couching and with all of these new businesses that are trying so hard to get good reviews it’s not right she can treat people like dirt. People who work at McDonalds want a more sustainable income however it this type of service that keeps the rest of them down.
