Fast food. Fast service!

I have never experienced such difficult customer service. Walking in, there was a line of people waiting and although staff members noticed, no one came to the register to take orders for a while. When another customer called an employee out for it, she rudely replied that customers have the right to leave if they know that the workers are busy rather than consoling the customer. Many of the employees were arguing with each other in front of the customers and then it seemed that they were taking that tension out on the customers, which was not appropriate nor professional. I did not receive my small order for 30 minutes and in that time, I also saw 2 people from drive thru walk in because their orders were not completed correctly.

Good deals, well known fast food restaurants. Kids live it.

The cashier was more interested in eating out of bag of nuts she had an listening to her iPhone. She messed up the order

Attitudes get you know where with me but to report you .Igo out to get my change after ordering my food was waiting for me then a lady walks up with a nasty attitude saying what do you need ,how rude,like I say if your not a people person DONOT work in a fast food place at all😡😡😡😡😡😡👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I went to get my coffee, and had to explain my order several times, get my iced coffee, and it has tea in it!! I can clearly taste the tea in it. So I try to call the restaurant, several times, and they won't answer the phone! Im very unhappy!

Went through the drive-thru it was pretty quick sandwich was fresh other than that it's just a McDonald's

It's decent, well organized polite staff

Visited on a Sunday around lunch. Overstaffed and still messed my order up of one mcchicken and one cheeseburger. Maybe if the woman behind the counter could hear over her breathing shed of gotten it right

Slow service. Food barely warm. Nobody even smiled.

I am only giving four stars because I went through the drive through. The drive through was well organized. It went fast and my order was absolutely correct!

I got this twenty year old 20 piece nugget from here, thanks for the freshness Mickie Deez! Check your nuggets before you leave?

The worst customer service McDonald's in the City of Indianapolis, Indiana. Everyone that works in that restaurant should be re-coached or replaced. I will definitely go to a different McDonald's from now on. I just couldn't believe the way my family was treated, and the employees were out of control. Rude, and non communications between each other within the restaurant made it as if the employees were going to fight each other? The actual manager at the time as no management training what so ever. It was a complete waste of 27 dollars.

When we drove up, the line was a little long so we knew we'd be waiting. The line moved rather slow. When we placed our order we asked about the Children's toys available and they said they didn't have what was pictured. They offered us Smurfs. We accepted. We were told that we would be waiting for our fries. We pulled up to wait. It took about 20 minutes. We added on pies. Our pies came before the rest of our order. The cashier asked if she could get us anything else. We said our order. She was confused that we didn't already have it. She said to hold on. She returned with our order. Our food was cold, fries cold, kid's meal cold, & not the toy they offered. We waited 20 minutes for fries because they said they didn't have any only to receive a cold order. We went back inside & they remade our order fresh but offered no compensation. We were disappointed in the service we received at this location.
